Fostering is at the heart of Fair Ways. It's where we began. We have built a strong reputation for excellence in providing high-level services for children and young people in the south of England since 2002.
Fair Ways has award-winning schools in Hampshire, specialising in students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues (SEMH) or Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).
Fair Ways has a simple philosophy: we look after our employees the best we can, so they look after our service users the best they can. We will always recruit motivated, committed and enthusiastic people to join our team and provide world-class support.
Fair Ways Children's Homes are detatched homes located in the south of England and aim to provide high-level care and support for children aged up to 18. We ensure our homes are situated in desirable rural, or residential areas with good access to links to the local transport and community.
Fair Ways Family Centre is rated Outstanding by Ofsted and provides residential and community-based parenting assessments. Our extensive parenting assessment tools provide Local Authorities with credible, factual evidence that can be used in HM Courts.
Fair Ways is a leading children’s services charity, delivering Fostering, Education, Residential and Family services.
Fair Ways cares for over 450 children and young people each year.
As a children's services charity, Fair Ways are seeking to lead the campaign for change in our local community. We want Portsmouth to be known as a region that is committed to supporting children in care.
With very few adjustments and adaptations, local employers can sign up to become a Fostering Friendly Employer. We hope that this will help bridge the gap and provide more opportunities for people to make a difference to children in care, as there is currently a need for more than 6,500 Foster Carers in the UK.
Everything! We are a charity. Therefore, all our income goes directly towards supporting the children and young people we care for.
